DELIVERY OF GOODS-SHIPMENT COST

The goods will be delivered within 5 working days if they are ready made.
In any case, the customer will be informed about the exact day of delivery if the goods are
not ready to be delivered.
Shipping for all of Greece is free.
In addition, you have the opportunity, during the ordering process with the “pick up” option
to visit us in our store and pick up your order at no charge as well.

Please note that orders will not be processed or delivered on the weekend.

Our company does not undertake the installation and / or uninstallation of products.

ORDER CANCELATION

You can cancel your order within 24 hours, before it is sent, by contacting the store by phone
or e-mail stating the details of your order.

RETURNS POLICY

In case the product is delivered defective, the customer is obliged to notify the company
immediately by letter or e-mail. In any case, the return of the product should be done in its packaging and with what it was accompanied (instructions, cables, lamps, glasses, etc.), in its exact initial condition. Returns are accepted within five (5) working days.
The customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) days from the
delivery of the product in case it is not defective. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal and return non-defective products to us, you must notify us in writing by letter or e-mail stating your willingness to withdraw. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications and are clearly individualized and to products and items ordered by the customer as applicable and on request and on a case by case basis. A condition for exercising this right is not to use the products you received before you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, the product to be returned in its original state, ie inside its packaging and without breaking the special seals and / or destruction of any special packaging in whole or in part along with its components and / or annexes (e.g. glass or crystal parts, manuals, cables, protective films, lamps, etc.). Otherwise the return will not be accepted. In case of product return, the cost as well as the responsibility for the arrival of the product in good condition is borne by the sender.
